Here is the misconception of window tint warranty
Misconception:
Window films warranty covers everything!!
Fact: Window Tint Warranty Do Not Cover Drop in IR Rejection and Fading Issues!
Did you know that the common window tint warranty only covers workmanship and not film performance?
Here is the fact: Any window film that is exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period of time will deteriorate and fade.
If it will eventually deteriorate, how can the seller offer you a warranty?
Apparently, they do not.
Sellers frequently provide an "Undefined" warranty to gain buyer's confidence, but customers will think that the warranty covers everything.
In realily, it only covers workmanship (i.e : peeling, bubbling,), while fading and a reduction in IR rejection falls under Wear and Tear, which is not claimable.
