1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, and undamaged.

• The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• The product must have been purchased directly from Velocity Window Tint with a receipt. We are unable to process returns for products purchased from unauthorized sources.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

• Personalized or customized products.

• Gift cards or digital downloads.

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.

We want to ensure that you have a smooth and transparent shopping experience, including the shipping process.
